A notorious thug identified as “Abba Burakita” who was declared wanted has handed himself to the Kano State Police Command alongside 40 of his followers.
The State Commissioner of Police, CP command had earlier declared Abba and two other suspected notorious thugs wanted and promised a reward of N100,000 for anyone who provides valuable information leading to their arrest.
Spokesperson of the command, SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, who disclosed this in a statement on Thursday, October 26, 2023, said Abba Barakita willingly surrendered himself to the police and announced repentance from thuggery activities.
