Arrest Manhyia South MP Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah, High Court Orders Ghana's EOCO

In Ghana, an Accra High Court has issued a warrant authorising the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) to arrest Manhyia South MP Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah as part of an ongoing investigation.

The court has also authorised EOCO to search for and seize documents considered relevant to the investigation. EOCO told the court that it had exhausted reasonable efforts to secure the MP’s voluntary attendance.
