Two students who were victims of bee sting in Anloga E.P Basic School in the Anloga District of the Volta Region were laid to rest last Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
The funeral service was held in the school premises in Anloga. The victims, two pupils under the age of 10 were sadly buried in a solemn ceremony.

The unfortunate incident happened some weeks ago where a group of primary students were attacked by bees in their school compound in December last year.
Some few donations came through to support the family of the victims including a heart touching one from two young children who reside outside Ghana who were compelled to break their money box to donate everything to the families of the victims.
Speaking to OneForumNews1-Accra after visiting the families, the Managing Director of Senyo Traditional TV, Mr. John Yao Agbetsiafa appealed to the general public, individuals and groups to donate to support the families of the victim.

He further cautioned that students, teachers and headmasters to be very vigilant and cautious in order for this tragic incident not to repeat itself in any school again.
