As part of the final processes, he was taken through oath swearing rite. Which is one of the sacred processes of installing a Chief among the Anlos.

Torgbi Goka III together with his deputy, Agbotadua Golomeke were then presented to the leaders of the central wing of the three war wings of Anlo.

The Goka stool originated from Etse Adedzinyaki, the founder of the Amlade Clan. Who was a direct relative to Torgbiga Wenya. That explains why the Chairman for the ceremony Prof. Torgbi Damadzi IV extended warm greetings from Torgbiga Wenya III and Torgbi Addo XIII of the Loafe Clan to the Chiefs and people at the ceremony.

In his speech read on his behalf, Torgbi Goka III stated that a Chief is a servant to his people and he has accepted the throne to serve his people.
