Faith International School, one of the leading private educational institutions in the Volta Region, has held its 11th Graduation Ceremony at Woe in the Anloga District, bringing together parents, educationists, alumni, invited guests and other distinguished personalities.
The colourful event took place on Friday, July 31, 2026, and was chaired by Rev. (Rtd.) D. M. Banini, who urged parents to prioritise investment in their children's education over unnecessary expenditures.
According to him, sacrificing today to provide quality education for children would yield lasting benefits for families and society.
In a speech delivered on his behalf, the Anloga District Director of Education, Mr. Eric Kofi Gamadeku, commended Faith International School for its consistent outstanding academic performance over the years. He praised the school's management and staff for their dedication to excellence and encouraged them to continue raising educational standards.
Mr. Gamadeku also called on parents to actively support their children's education by playing their respective roles both at home and in school.
The Guest of Honour, Hon. Mrs. Dina Tagbor-Sepe, encouraged parents to become more involved in the upbringing and education of their children. She advised them to build strong friendships with their children, noting that such relationships would help prevent them from falling into bad company and engaging in negative behaviour within their communities.
Mrs. Sepe, who is the Assistant Headmistress of Anseco and the wife of the MP for Anlo Constituency Hon. Richard Sefe donated four street lights and Ghs500.oo to the School.
The Proprietor of Faith International School, Mr. Godwin Atsyatsya, expressed appreciation to parents, invited guests and all stakeholders for their continued support of the school.
He also highlighted the Ministry of Education's newly introduced Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) programme and announced the school's plans to construct a modern STEM laboratory to enhance practical learning and prepare students for the future.
