Dear your Excellency,
Please I write as a dedicated citizen of Ghana to firstly congratulate you on this great feat. Not only becoming the president elect but you have given us the first female Vice President of Ghana, Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang. Congratulations.
Your excellency, this current generation that has given you the second chance will not allow you to fail. And will equally not allow you to let them down by giving the opportunity to the alleged criminals and corrupt officials of the outgoing NPP government to go Scott free.
We are very much aware that some of them are your friends and others friends to some of your close associates.
However, if you treat us the same way your former boss, the late Prof. John Evans Atta Mills treated us by claiming to be “father for all”, I assure you that posterity will judge you very harshly forever.
Also, please don’t allow those girls calling themselves “Ladies for Mahama” to be given all the juicy opportunities and positions whilst those hard working men and women who were in the streets and on the grounds sacrificing their lives just for you to win to suffer and be ridiculed.
With your appointments, please those Volta Region's Old men who did nothing for the region and are trying all means lobbying for positions, kindly ignore them Sir. Because they don’t have Volta at heart.

There are very committed and well qualified young men and women who should be given the opportunity this time from the Volta Region. Not those old folks who used the name of the Volta Region to enrich themselves and families.
The young ones will never let you rest this time if you repeat your past mistakes.
Your excellency, some of us know very well that you cannot do most of your manifesto promises. So all that we want are; kindly bring down inflation and let the Cedi appreciate against the other currencies and help create more jobs. If you can do these, most of us can “run the rest ourselves”.
Your excellency, always remember that, people all over Ghana sacrificed for you to be president. And we expect nothing but for you to deliver and deliver the best.
We wish you well and watching you keenly.
Thank you and long live Ghana.
Signed: A True Citizen of Ghana!
