Unknown gunmen suspected to be assassins have killed Mrs. Victoria Chintex, the Labour Party Women Leader in Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Nigeria.
The gunmen reportedly stormed her residence on Monday night, November 28, 2022, and shot her dead while her husband sustained gunshot injuries on his leg.
The Publicity Secretary of Labour Party, Zone 3, Kaduna State, Edward Simon Buju who confirmed the incident in a statement on Tuesday, described the late women leader as a dynamic, hardworking and dedicated woman who died at a time the party and the country needed her most.
The Labour Party is currently the most vibrant and loved party in Nigeria and beyond. And its presidential candidate is considered the most popular politician in Africa. And the youths of Nigeria and the old are optimistic of him winning the 2023 presidential election.
