(Crime): The Death of Shanquella Robinson on a Holiday in Mexico with Friends, New findings

How far trusting friends can take you, to your early grave or where? The sad death of Shanquella Robinson, a Charlotte hair braider, who died on a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with her 6 other friends who came back home to the USA is still a mystery. The incident which took place about three weeks ago is now gathering momentum with the whole world calling for justice for Shanquella Robinson.

Following new developments, her case is now being treated as a potential homicide by Mexican authorities, according to a report. The said report also has it that, the State Attorney General’s Office for the Baja Sur said the investigation filed on Robinson’s death was originally opened as a femicide. But if continued investigation determines Robinson’s death wasn’t motivated by her gender, it will be changed to standard homicide. Which seems to be the case now as the newly released autopsy suggested different thing from what her friends said that she died from alcohol poisoning.

In a Thursday, November 17, 2022 statement, an officer said, “State Criminal Investigation Agents went to the scene where the initial investigation was carried out under the corresponding protocols. Experts from the Director of Specialized services carried out the processing of the premises in search of any indications that should be included within the investigation file. The PGJE will maintain the leadership of the investigation in order to collect more evidence and achieve an accurate clarification with the facts, without ruling out any hypothesis.”

Robinson, 25, and her group of friends were staying at Villa Linda 32, a Cabovillas.com property, when Robinson was allegedly found unresponsive by her friends and eventually declared dead. Cabovillas.com confirmed that Robinson had died in the property and also confirmed the incident has been under investigation as a criminal matter.

What is surprising is that there is a new update since both Robinson’s mother Salamondra Robinson and social media users began to call for a larger police investigation into Robinsons’s death.

After news of Robinson’s death first broke, there were news of the U.S State Department saying there was no clear evidence to suggest Robinson was murdered. Later when contacted, a State Department spokesperson allegedly did not comment on whether Robinson’s death involved foul play. But noted the case is under the Mexican authorities. Probably because the incident took place in Mexico not USA.

However, in a new video in circulation on social media, Shanquella Robinson was seen been beaten by one of her friends who she was on the vacation with right in the presence of the other friends. But they did not stop the fight, rather were asking Shanquella to fight back. For the records, this person she was seen fighting with is a transgender person; a man becoming a woman.

Currently, the autopsy suggested that Shanquella Robinson died from “Broken neck”, not from alcohol poisoning as all her 6 friends she travelled with for vacation claimed to be the cause of her death.

Therein lies a hidden truth, the investigations are still underway. And now that all her friends are back to USA, authorities and investigating bodies in the USA have now taken over the case in partnership with the Mexican authorities. More to be unraveled and answers provided for more questions that are currently unanswered.
