Today, Ghana marks one year since the tragic 6 August helicopter crash with a series of solemn remembrance activities.
The commemoration begins with a National Inter-Faith Memorial Service at the UPSA Auditorium at 8:30 a.m., bringing together families, government officials, the security services and the public to honour the memory of the eight lives lost.
At 4:00 p.m., the Ministry of Defence will unveil a cenotaph in tribute to the departed.
