(Security): Over 50 People Abducted as Terrorists attack Niger state community in Nigeria

In Nigeria, a pregnant woman and five others were killed on Tuesday night, March 7, 2023, by terrorists who invaded Rafi and Wushishi local government areas of Niger State.

About 50 residents of the area were also kidnapped by the terrorists. It was gathered that the attack was cut short by the military on aerial patrol who engaged them in gunfire.

Niger Commissioner for Internal Security and Humanitarian Affairs, Emmanuel Umar, who confirmed the incident said that the real number of casualties is yet to be ascertained.
