(G. News): Final Funeral Rites of the Late Ghanaian Football Star is being held in Ghana (Photos)

Friday, March 17, 2023 is the final funeral rites of the late Ghanaian international football player, Christian Atsu, who died in the Turkey-Syria earthquake last month where over 40,000 people died.

He is given a state burial by the government and people of the Republic of Ghana, and is being held at the forecourt of the State House, Accra.

Thousands of mourners and well-wishers from all over the world are in the country Ghana to pay their last respects to the Ghanaian star.

According to reports, he will be buried in his hometown, Dogobome in the greater Accra region on Saturday, March 18, 2023. May his soul rest in peace.
