Three young men in police custody over the alleged killing of a young lady at Yeji, a community in the Pru East District of the Bono East Region.
According to reports the main suspect, identified as Hayford Boateng reportedly discharged a firearm at a local eatery, hitting the young lady in her left arm and upper chest area.
It is however unclear what led to the discharge of the firearm, as local residents speculate an amorous relationship between the main suspect and the deceased.
The group of friends will remain in police custody, as investigations continue into the unfortunate incident.
