Minamiwoe Youth Association has made donations in some communities in the Anloga District of the Volta region. The targeted individuals were given maize, used clothing, washing powder and soaps for the aged and needy persons in those communities.
The beneficiary communities included Sakome, Agorbledokui and Tekui, all in the Anloga District.

Though very deprived communities, their main occupations are fishing and farming that needed major investment. Most of the people are into sugarcane plantation, which they use to feed their local gin distilleries. And little supports with modern machinery will help improve their profits and make life better for the people.
Speaking to OneForumNews1 after the donations, the leaders of the team, Mr. John Yao Agbetsiafa and Madam Vicentia Bukuda expressed their excitement that the presentation was successful. And called on individuals, Organizations and NGOs for their supports and collaborations in putting smiles on the faces of the people and bring hope to the hopeless in the deprived communities in the Volta region.
They further expressed their sincere appreciation to the DCE of Anloga District and the Parliamentary candidate for the NPP in the Anlo Constituency, Hon. Seth Yormewu for providing vehicle to convey the items and the volunteers.
Minamiwoe Youth Association was established about 19 years ago to share love and care for humanity and to instill the spirit of giving freely to the poor and the needy. And they are poised to bring joy and smiles to the vulnerable people.
