Ghana Police Service in a statement issued on June 10, 2023, said 5 people were shot and 5 weapons recovered in their anti-robbery and landguard operation conducted at Bortianor in Accra on June 8, 2023.
Bortianor is a surburb of Accra in Ghana and very notorious for criminal activities.
In the statement signed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Director of Public Affairs, Mrs. Grace Ansah-Akrofi noted that “These individuals had been terrorizing residents and landowners in Bortianor and nearby communities.
